- Change filters in the HVAC unit monthly or as needed (filter included)
- Inspect kitchen and bath faucet for leaks and proper working order; clean aerators
- Inspect all toilets for leaks or running water; inspect and tighten supply lines
- Inspect doors for proper operation (sticking, squeaking, or not closing properly)
- Inspect door knobs that are loose or not latching properly
- Inspect exterior doors for proper weather stripping
- Inspect window latches to ensure proper operation and locking
- Inspect and replace broken outlet and switch cover plates (standard cover plates included)
- Clean and inspect dryer vent, seal minor leaks
- Check interior lightbulbs and replace as needed
- Check outdoor floodlights and replace as needed
- Test carbon monoxide and smoke detectors and replace batteries as needed (batteries included)
- Cover outdoor water faucets for winter (insulating cover included)
- Clean ceiling fans
- Clean garbage disposal
- Inspect decks and note any damage or repairs that may be needed
- Inspect fencing and note any damage or repairs that may be needed
- Inspect major appliances; run washing machine drum cleaning cycle
- Clean out kitchen sink p-trap; replace if needed
- Clean out bathroom sink p-traps replace as needed
- Pull out refrigerator and vacuum coils; check water line
- Replace water filter in refrigerator as needed (usually done quarterly) (water filter included)
- Clean out dishwasher drain
- Clean drains and sinks, tubs and showers
- Clean and vacuum floor registers
- Clean stove hood filter
- Vacuum bathroom exhaust fans
- Clean and sanitize outdoor garbage cans
- Inspect basement or garage walls for any signs of moisture
- Inspect exterior of home for any signs of rot or damage
